  I stood waiting for my order to be taken, 3 people behind the counter mind you. One complaining about the soda being out, and that men weren't doing the heavy lifting. The guy was pleasant and is the only one who welcomed me. He was shoved outside to put up window signs, while they switched his cash drawer and then asked me if my order had been taken. Food was up fast, coffee hot. Got sausage when I said bacon. But ...
  Food on the floor, lobby needs to be cleaned and trash removed. But they're in the back complaining about the pay. Food was good tho.

  Worst service I've ever encountered!! from gardendale al.!!!! I will never and I mean NEVER eat here again! They can't even take pride in doing their jobs. I ordered 12 crystals all the way with cheese I got home to a bag full of Krystals consisting of bread and meat... they didn't even bother putting mustard on the damn things! Then I call to get my money back... not only do they refuse but also hang up in my face.. because I hurt her feelings... . Gtfoh

  Krystal workers in Irondale refuse to serve uniformed police officers. Made local headlines. Will never eat at Krystals again. Not missing out on anything anyway.
